Pin-Ups on Tour needed a recognizable campaign system that could be adapted across numerous venues and regional markets while maintaining a consistent national identity. The organization also wanted to broaden its audience and make its events feel more welcoming to women while continuing to serve military and veteran communities.

I created a flexible campaign system that connected pre-event promotion, venue communication, and the on-site experience. Consistent messaging and visual elements were adapted across social content, email, event packets, posters, tickets, outdoor advertising, and promotional collateral.

I worked with executive leadership, performers, venue partners and vendors to coordinate approvals, production timelines and campaign assets. Templates and repeatable materials helped maintain brand consistency as the tour entered new markets.
