-
Community events require organizers to communicate with several audiences at once. Attendees need clear dates, locations and calls to action, while vendors, sponsors and partners need more detailed information. Each event also needs a distinct identity that can remain recognizable across multiple formats.
-
I translated event goals and logistical information into adaptable communication systems. Each campaign established a clear visual hierarchy, consistent messaging and coordinated materials that could be used across print, social media and in-person touchpoints.
-
Item descriptionI worked with event leaders to translate evolving ideas, logistical details and promotional priorities into ready-to-use communications. This required balancing creative direction with deadlines, audience needs and the practical requirements of different print and digital formats.
-
Item descriptionI designed a modular catalog that organized a broad range of products and services into a consistent, easy-to-navigate format and created QR-enabled rental materials that seamlessly integrated venue details, amenities, pricing, and clear calls to action.
-
The resulting communication systems gave organizers a consistent way to promote events, share logistical information, support sponsor outreach and connect with community audiences across channels.
Community Events
For recurring and themed events, I created coordinated print and social assets that maintained a recognizable identity while making dates, registration details, and event expectations easy to understand.
Las Vegas Plant Festival
The Las Vegas Plant Festival brought together plant enthusiasts, local businesses, vendors, and sponsors. The campaign needed to promote the public event while also communicating participation and sponsorship opportunities to community partners.
